* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned
below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3 (Three)
years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least
1(one) number of similar nature of construction works worth not less than
Tk 3.00 ( Three) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi
Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last
03(Three) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction
turnover during last 03(Three) years amounting of Tk. 12.00 ( Twelve)
Lakh.
.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets ie working capital/credit line of
the tenderer shall be TK. 5.00 (Five) Lakh only in the form of PW2a-3
(Letter of Commitment) only, supported by Bank certificate; should be
counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and BIN/ VAT
Registration Certificate. 1st Class with ABC category electrical contractory and supervisery
license, issuing from electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender
documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions:
(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause
no. 30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten)
percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be
rejected.
(B) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer
shall be selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause
no.30.4. So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents
mentioned in ITT clause no.3
