Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer:
1. The tenderer should have up To Date Trade license.( Attested Copy)
2. The tenderer should have up to date income tax certificate (TIN) ( Attested Copy).
3.The tenderer should have VAT registration certificate ( Attested Copy).
4. The tenderer should have national ID ( Attested Copy).
5. Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank for at least Tk. 40,00,000 ( Forty Lac )
6.The Bidder should have experience to supply “Synthetic Tarpaulin” to any reputed government/semi government/autonomous body of Bangladesh within 2022-2025 against single purchase order amount of Tk. minimum 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs). Mentionable that, the copy of experience certificate/proven certificate and related purchase order have to submit along with offer. If the Bidder cannot fulfill the above requirement, the offer will be considered as non-responsive.
7. The sample of all items must be submitted alongwith offer. Otherwise Tender will be considered as Non-Responsive. samples will be verified and If the sample does not match with our required goods the offer will be considered as- non responsive.
