a) Similar Works Experience:
i) The minimum specific experience in similar works of at least 1 (One) contract of maintenance of accommodation building/steel buliding successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 08 (Eight) Lac [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
ii) Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of similar works Experience.
b) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Proof of Income Tax Submission, VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit BIN).
c) Necessary documents (Payment Certificate/Audit Report/etc.) for calculation of average annual construction turnover;
d) List of existing commitments and works with contract value to be completed during the next 1 Year.
