The Bidders who have works pending under this jurisdiction which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender. 3. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. N.B: a) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing qualification informations and evidences regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different aspects. b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document. 4. Satisfying all other criteria laid down in the TDS section 2 & PCC.
