03. Tenderer shall have liquid asset of Tk. 1,00,000.00 (Tk. One Lakh) only supporting Upto date Bank solvency or Bank Credit Line Certificate or bank statement by the Bank not before the date of tender publication etc.
04. The tenderer shall have valid BIN, Trade license, Income Tax certificate with upto date submission of PSR (Proof of Submission Return).
05. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document
