* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in supply Goods and related services.
2) The satisfactory completion of the supply of goods or spare parts to any Power utility, Industries or any Government-owned organization of a minimum of 25 (Twenty-Five) lakh under a maximum of 3 (three) contracts within the last 3 (three) years, which shall be supported by the End-User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of the Purchaser duly signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, and Date of Supply. [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any recognized financial institute is BDT 25 (Twenty-Five) lakh only.
Note:
a) Supporting documents of financial capacity that are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
b) In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include the Procuring entity name and tender name/ID]
c) The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD). [For detailed requirements, the Tenderers are requested to refer to the e-TD]
