d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
f) In consideration of public importance, tender has been invited but work orders will be issued subject to approval
g) Authority can cancel the tender any time.
