দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Having experience successful completion of construction works of BDT. 08.00 lac in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(b) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 08.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 08.00 lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section of standard documents (PW2a) must be submitted for this purpose.
(d) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10.00 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(e) Tenderer must have Tender capacity of TK. 08.00 lac.
(f) Complete site visit report duly authenticated by Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of SDE shall have to be attached herewith
(g) All Data as per TDS and ITT Clause
(h) The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to-date tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate
iii) Up-to-date trade license
