* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per tender document i.e. 
 
i)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods** of at least 1(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, each with a value of at least Tk.1.00 Crore (One Crore Taka only).
[** Similar Goods means: Electrical Equipment/Materials]
 
iii) The minimum production capacity of similar type 11 kV Pin Insulator with Pin must satisfy the assessment of Production Capacity as mentioned in Table- 3B of Annexure: 3-3. i.e. 1/3rd of the Tendered quantity.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer must satisfy the assessment of Financial Resources Availability as mentioned in Table- 4B of Annexure: 3-4 i.e. 100% of the quoted price, Substantiated by Audit Reports or Bank Statement or Credit Line(s) Substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8), without alteration.
v) The following 2(two) nos. of the sample shall have to submitted with the tender : 11kV Pin Insulator with Pin.
