প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
* The Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
* Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
* Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the estimated cost. Therefor the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineering in Charge.
* If the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10(Ten) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender [Clause 31(3) of PPA-2006]
NB:
The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
