* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion of similar nature of works of a minimum value of Tk 9,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Lac Only) under single contract over a period of last Five (05) years which shall be supported by work order/contract along with work completion certificate. Years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk 9,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Lac Only) over the last Three (03) years which will be supported by audit report/a statement showing the year wise turnover along with work order/contract and work completion certificate.
3. Tenderer shall have liquid Asset of Tk 9,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Lac Only) which will be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit.
4. Tenderer having two or more running contract related to Yearly Emergency maintenace of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers/Distribution Support Service (DSS)/Maintenace Support Service (MSS) in DPDC (except contract having valid contract period less than 02 (two) months at the time of last date of submission) will not be eligible.
5. The minimum capacity shall be 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lac) only.
6. The Tenderer must have to submit Valid and up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax certificate with PSR, ABC Electric License with Supervisory Liscence and VAT/BIN Certificate.
7. Joint Venture/Consortium is not allowed for this tender.
8. All other terms and conditions are as given in the Tender Document.
