b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorization letter
f) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 1.00 Lakh (Taka One lakh ) Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required.
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall beTk 1.00 Lakh (Taka One lakh ) Only.
h) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
i) Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
j) Rule 98(31) in case of approximately equivalent quoted rate of Tenderer.
