* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk.70,00,000/- (Seventy Lac taka only).
3. The Tenderer shall have the specific experience for the supply of similar goods of a minimum Tk. 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lac taka) under a contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System [The Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of a contract completion certificate issued by the end users.]
4. Supply record of the supplier.
5. Manufacturer/Engine Manufacturer authorization is required.The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.
6. The Tenderer should submit a valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip/ certificate, 13-digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per the current VAT Act.
7. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document.
