প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers with a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction and renovation works.
2) Experience: The contractors have experience in completing at least one (01) number of similar natures of works in Bangladesh of government/semi-government/ Autonomous organization during the last five (05) years.
3) Turnover: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during the last five (05) years.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by a Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statements will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, the date of opening tender.
5) Tender capacity: Must have a minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public Procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied to contractors.
7) Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of a minimum of 3 years debars in the respective zone.
8) The tenderer must submit: i) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) a Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) an up-to-date Trade License, and vii) an up-to-date Authorization letter must be submitted.
9) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents
