* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Tenderer must submit
1) Up to date valid Trade License.
2) Up to Date Tax Certificate.
3) VAT Registration Number and
ITT 9.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
ITT9.1(b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Greenhouse works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 45,00,000/= (Forty Five lakh).
ITT10.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55,00,000/= (Fifty five Lakh) over the last five (5) years.
ITT 10.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45,00,000/= (Forty Five lakh).
Note: A Contractor who has a work in hand and progress at NSTU is not Qualify to participate in this Tender.
