* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer should have the folowings:
This invitation for Tenderer is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
 1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest income Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate  (NID), Valid Electrical Supervisor License, Valid Electrician Licence, at least valid NTVQF Level-I certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Authorization Letter.
 2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract under the application Law.
 3. Tenderer must have at least 2 (Two) similar works experience (AC, HVAC, VRF, PAC maintenance work) within last 03 (Three) years otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
 4. Tenderes must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
 5. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
 6. Tenderers must submit experience certificate as a proof of similar works experiences.
 7. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.          8. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
