Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar supply of goods of at least Tk 600000 (Taka Six lac only) under 1 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required.
2. Declaration of workshop need to submit by the Tenderer. (Drill m/c, Lathe m/c etc.)
3. The tenderer is required to introduce List of skilled manpower (Engineer, foreman, painter etc.).
4. The tenderer is required to submit List of equipment of tenderer.
5. Methodology of work & work plan is required to submit by the Tenderer.
