প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a.Contractor’s Current Trade License , NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate with Vat Registration and other’s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed (RCC Road works, Multi Storied Building, RCC Bridge, RCC Box Culvert etc) within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 48,00,000.00 (Forty Eight Lakh).
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lakh) over the last 3 years.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh)
f. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh)
