The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents:

3) Updated VAT registration certificate
4) This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work at least Tk 7.50(Taka seven point five) lakh in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/ Autonomous Organization within last 5(five) years.
5)The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit line facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 5.0 (Taka five) lakh from any scheduled Bank.
