1. Valid Trade License;
2. Up to date VAT Registration Certificate;
3. Up to date TIN Certificate;
4. Satisfactory Completion Certificate of Electrical Distribution Line Maintenance works or Similar works of at least Tk 4,30,000.00 (In Words: Four Lac and Thirty Thousands Taka Only) under 01 (One) contract over a period of 03 years shall be required.
5. Relevant Documents showing Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,000.00 (In Words: Twenty Lac taka only) of best 03 (Three) years over the last 05 (Five) years.
6. Relevant Documents showing minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,10,000.00 (In Words: Four Lac and Ten Thousands Taka Only).
