প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Tenderer must submit an up-to-date Trade License.
ii) The tenderer must submit a valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
iii) The Tenderer must submit up to date Tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form must be submitted for this purpose. In the case of a Bank statement, it should be issued after the IFT.
v) Must Have Similar experience in successful Supply of Different parts of Bus/Vehicle atleast one contract worth not less than Tk. 13.0 Lakh in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of tender in the newspaper.
Vii) Must Have General experience of a minimum of 2 years in successful Supply of Goods in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper.
viii) The supplies of the package may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of the work order. Bill is subject to getting funds from GOB but supply must be completed
ix) The existing condition of the Bus of this tender can be visited during office hours of Transport pool, BRUR or through photos at BRUR Website.
