2).  A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [140 (one hundred forty) lacs] under [01 (one)] of contract(s) over a period of [07 (seven)] years shall be required.
3). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the  Tenderer shall be Tk [150.00 (one hundred fifty) lacs ].
