* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
 i) Updated Income tax payment certificate with TIN.
 ii) Valid Trade Licence;
 iii) VAT Registration Certificate,
 iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall
 be Tk 30.00 Lac. Liquid assets i.e. working capital or Bank Commitment or Bank credit line
 document should be submitted as per ITT Clause 15.1(b).
 v) Two experience certificate each 20 lac or Single experiance certificate 30 lac of supply of similar
 Goods for the last 3(Three) years.
 vi) The amount of the tender security shall be tk 90000/-( Ninety Thousand Taka Only)
 vii) Supplier must have mentioned brand name of all spplied items.
 viii) Minimum annual turnover in the last 3 (three) years preceding the date of submission of the
 tender is not less than TK 60 Lac.
 ix) Must be submitted Company Authorization Letter.
