02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 63.00 Lac over the last 05 years. Turnover will be calculated on the basis of payment certificates only.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 Lac.
04. All Tenderers must have to satisfy the criteria as stated in the TDS. If the criteria is not satisfied, the tenderer will be non-responsive.
05. Tenderers must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates, if the total quoted price is more than 5.00% above/less of the engineers estimate. Tenderers Quoted Rate Content Must Need to Relates Present Market Price Rate.
