প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shal be five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature and construction technology successfuly completed within the last ten (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1.00 Crore (Taka one crore), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper,
The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk 2.00 Crore (Taka two crore) over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shal be Tk 85 Lakhs Crore (Taka Eighty five lakhs). If tenderer submit liquid asset document, he must be declared a statement over through bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particular work (Name of the work). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.
The Minimum Tender Capacity shal be: Tk 1.20 Crore (Taka one crore twenty lakhs)
Valid VAT Registration certificate & Updated Income Tax Clearance certificate, Trade License,ABC Electric along with Supervisory License.
More detail information are mentioned in the tender document.The tenderer must possess all other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW2(a) format. Otherwise the tender will be rejected.
