প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer should have up-to-dated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate with TIN certificate and Return Slip with Assessment, VAT registration certificate and BIN Registration Certificate (13 Digit) and Chamber of Commerce License
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years general experience and 3 (Three) years specific experience for supply of similar goods/equipment’s and related services with at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed, each with a value of at least Tk. 8,00,000 (Eight Lakh) in any Government/ Research Institute /University /Autonomous organization.
3. Bank Solvency/ Liquid assets certificate or line of Credit BDT 8,00,000 (Eight Lakh)
4. Original pictorial Brochures or catalogues of the offered equipment’s
5. Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder’s authority.
6. Minimum 1 years warranty for the Equipment’s, warranty certificate from the original manufacturer must be submitted along with tender.
7. Name of after-sale services center with name, contact number, and address should be provided.
8. Training and installation of the Equipment’s need to be provided on site. All expenses need to be covered by the supplier
9. Copy of up to date Membership certificate from “Bangladesh Computer Samity”
10. In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.
11. All components will be installed by the original settings and it will verified by the online.
