4. If the Tenderer provide 5.00% above/less of Engineering Estimate rate, then he must provide rate analysis. If the tenderer Submit any wrong information or missing documents, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
5. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per law.
