* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction of uPVC buried pipe line works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work i.e. Construction of uPVC buried pipe line for irrigation channel with a value of Tk. 23.00 (Twenty-Three) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 22.00 (Twenty-Two) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 17.00 (Seventeen) Lakhs.
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, received challan copy of sample of supplied materials along with the Tender. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund (Maintenance and Repairing). No Claim in this regard will be entertained. VAT, TAX will be deducted as per rules based on budget type.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
