* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years general experience as STW/DTW sinking/re-sinking & development of Tube Well and installation with necessary related accessories.
• The Tenderer/bidder shall have experience in DTW sinking/re-sinking & development of Tube Well and installation of valuation minimum Tk.70.00 (Seventy) Lakhs in any government/semi-Govt./autonomous organization under maximum two contracts in the immediate last 5 (five) financial years.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender. Bank statement must cover the period ending up to the previous date of invitation for tender.
• The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 (Fifty) Lakhs.
• The tenderer shall have up to date trade license, income tax certificate, vat registration certificate and ISO certificate of the manufacturer of goods and it must be enclosed with the offer.
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease, or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
• Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund (Maintenance and Repairing). No Claim in this regard will be entertained. VAT, TAX will be deducted as per rules based on budget type.
• The tenderer shall have to be owner of Power RIG for Sinking DTW and documents to proof its ownership must be enclosed with the offer.
