* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods as Supplier;
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5 (Five) Lac; The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user;
c) The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) along with Latest Income Tax Return Certificate or, Acknowledgement Slip of Income Tax Return Submission and VAT registration certificate;
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac Taka only). The Tenderer shall have to submit current Bank Solvency Certificate as a proof of liquid asset.
e) The Tenderer shall visit the PE office to get the absolute idea about fabric colour, quality, design, stiching/tailoring, styles etc. to be offered for the respective items within last 07 working days at office hours but at least 01 (One) day before the date of tender closing /opening.
f) The Tenderer shall have to submit sample clothes/fabrics, safety shoes, Oxford shoes, Sandals, helmet etc. for the respective offered items with a forwarding letter addressing PE within last 7 (Seven) working days at office hours but at least 1 (one) day before the date of tender closing/opening so that physical verification of submitted sample(s) can be considered during evaluation.
g) The successful contractor shall have to fulfill other conditions as specified in TDS and supply the perfect-quality liveries with required BPDB logo, monogram, nameplates etc. up to the satisfaction of concerned engineers and PE.
