* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must submit TIN Certificate with Latest Income Tax Return Certificate/Income Tax Submission Acknogledgement Slip, Updated Trade License, and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities with values at least Tk. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) or Bank Solvency Certificate recently (issued after 15/04/2025) issued from any scheduled bank.
3.If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s/Compressor Maker Authorization Letter. Authorization Letter to Tenderer from authorized entities of manufacturer i.e. Dealer/ Trading House/ Manufacturer’s Sales office (if located outside the manufacturer’s country) will be accepted subject to submission of supporting document as authorized entities of manufacturer. The Authorization Letter shall mention E-mail address, Telephone/Fax, designation with detail address of the manufacturer representative duly signed in the manufacturer official pad.
4. If the ofered item is other than Existing OEM/Compressor Maker: SIRC, owned by Ingersoll Rand, China then the Tenderer shall have to submit at least 01 (one) end-user certificate stating that offered equipment/ items of the concerned manufacturer were used with satisfactory performance for one (1) year or 8000 operating hour within last ten (10) years.
5. In order to assure that manufacturing defects shall be corrected by the Supplier, manufacturer, or distributor, as the case may be, a warranty shall be required from the Supplier for a minimum period of one (1) year.
