* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 10 ( Ten ) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Gas Generator Spare Parts of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1500000 ( Fifteen Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
3. The supplier must be submitted the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
4. Manufacturers CE certificate (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directive) need to submit where applicable.
5. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer as well as from the local ditributor.
6. The supplier or Local authorized distributor must have up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
7. The supplier must be submitted manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents that include drawings, dimensions, material quality test certificates, information about the manufacturer’s reputation, and detailed specifications.
8. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
9. The supplier should be submitted a declaration confirming that the shipment will be made from the country of origin.
