প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
N:B: The tenderer must readout the tender documents before the tender submission.
1. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderes shall be Tk.16.00 lakh for STD format of this tender. All such document must be in between Tender publishing and closing date & time.
2. Furniture works (wooden part) must perform in Educational Institute (School) ground and all other work must perform as per the updated drawing & design.
3.The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the current Bangladesh market Price. If the quoted rates are excessive above/less than the Official estimated cost, the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his/her quoted rate according to the analysis of current PWD schedule of rate's or current Bangladesh market price, otherwise the tenderer will be Non-Responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98 (23).
4. Enlisted Tenderer who posed Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, Departmental Registration Document (If any), NID card (All are Upto date, Clear & Clean Scan Copy) etc. If any paper (s) absent in post clarification period non-responsive this tenderer.
5. After finalization of these contracts agreement with the successful tenderers, no sub-contractor will be associated with prime contractor during the implementation of these contracts/works. Otherwise it will dealt with as per contracts clause.
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
7. Satisfying the other criteria laid in TDS, G.C.C, PCC, ITT and PPA-2006, PPR-2008. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
