* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All Bangladeshi citizens, who have valid Up-to-date trade lisence, Up-to-date tax clearance certificate, TIN,BIN,VAT registration certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate
2) The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.
3) The tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.
4) The tenderer shall Have minimum 03 (three) years relevant work experience.
5) The tenderer shall have mimimum satisfactory completion of Taka 1000000/- (Ten Lakh) in single work order of supply of Office Stationery to any Government/ Autonomous organization 
6) The tenderer must have 03 (three) work orders of Office Stationery Supply in last 03 (three) years and
7) As per TDS
