প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 700000 (Taka Seven lac only) under 1 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2000000 (Taka Twenty lac only) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000 (Taka Seven Lac) only.
4. List of skilled manpower of tenderer (Engineer, foreman,painter etc.).
5. Methodology of work & work plan.
6. Other requirement should be fullfiled as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
