* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID
b. The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Nature of Goods at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 20,00,000.00 Lac (Twenty ) Lac Only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20,00,000.00(Tk Twenty Lakh Only) before tender closing date.
Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no.
d . The tenderer are requested to submitted rate analysis. The rate must be compatible with market price & RHD rate schedule 2022, otherwise the tenderer she'll be considered are non-responsible..
e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
f. If any flase certificate found in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
 
Note 1: Those Tenderer Who has a Asphalt Batching plant own/Lease within 60 KM of RHD Stackyard of Patuakhali Road Division . Otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
