* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1.07 (One point zero seven) crores under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk 2.50 (Two point five zero) crores in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
d). The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk-85.00 (Eighty five point zero zero) lakhs and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2a-3 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW2a-3 shall not be accepted.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1.25 (One point two five) crores. Necessary documents must be submitted in support of tender capacity.
f) The Tenderer must possess and submit Up to date Valid Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Registration Certificate etc.
