* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License .
(b) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization.
(c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
(e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return).
(f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities of minimum 8 Lakh Tk. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).
(h) The tenderer must submit authorization letter (VFD related) issued from manufacturer/authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Company.
(i) The tenderer must submit experience certificate of repairing and maintenance of VFD.
(j)The tenderer must have workshop facility of repairing, maintenance and testing of VFD.
(k) Tenderer must submit documents of human resources who have minimum 5 years experience on VFD maintenance.
(l) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
