প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of related goods shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (also as per TDS)
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 1 (one) No. contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 350 Lakh (Three Hundred and Fifty Lakh) in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization/Private bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (also as per TDS)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 400 lakh (Four Hundred Lakh) lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply of goods (Name of the Goods). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit (form PG3-8). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.

4. The supplier must possess/submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Up-to-date trade license. iii) Up-to-date VAT registration, iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB
5.All other conditions are in TDS and PCC.
