দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in supplying similar goods.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 02 (two) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 20 lac (twenty lac) for Package-HAU/laptop/24-25/14 in a single work-order.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 80 lac (eighty lac) for Package- HAU/laptop/24-25/14 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 20 lac (twenty lac) for HAU/laptop/24-25/14 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate
(v) Must have a distributorship certificate for laptop item.
(vi) ISO certificate is mandatory
(vii) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.
G) JVCA is not allowed
