দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in supplying laboratory equipment.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 30.00 lac (thirty lac) for Package-HAU/lab equipment/ 24-25/ 12 in a single work-order.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 70 lac (Seventy lac) for Package- HAU/lab equipment/ 24-25/12 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. Tk. 30.00 lac (thirty lac) for HAU/lab equipment/ 24-25/12 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(v) Distributorship certificate (if any)
(vi) ISO certificate
(vii) Original manufacturer authorization .
(viii) End user certificate is a must before making payment of the bill.
G) JVCA is not allowed
