প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as
Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4 Crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 crore over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.5 Crore as per PW3-7 form.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 6 (Six) crore.
6. Pre tender meeting will be held 10 April 2025 at 11 am at BMU Project office Dhaka.
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
a. Tenderer should have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR/concerned office.
b. Tenderer should have valid VAT Registration certificate from the NBR/concerned office.
c. Tenderer should have up to date Trade License.
d. Bank statement of transaction of last 3 years.
e. Company memorandum/Company Profile.
f. Tenderer should have valid Licences for Construction, Electric and related works from competent reputed govt. authority like PWD/LGED/HED/ Electricity Licensing Board etc.
All other conditions of section 2 and 4 are applicable.
