দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
2. Special Instruction:
(a) The submitted tender will not be consider as responsive if unusual rates have been quoted by the tenderer for a particular item without submitting any explanation or analysis along with the tender documents.
(b) Elementary unit rates of items should be two digit after decimal and quoted rates of items must be three digit after decimal. Last (third) digit of quoted rates of items after decimal must be positive (e.g. .xx1 - .xx9) and quoted rate of items should be same to both of the Rate Analysis & BoQ. Otherwise, the tender shall be reject without any cause.
3. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
4. Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate for the year 2024-2025.
5. The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications). The tender will not be considered as responsive without submitting liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 7,50,000/- (Seven Lac Fifty Thousand)
6. Similar nature of Supply work who have completed one work minimum amounting to Tk 16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lac) lac over a period of last 5 years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body.
7. All BD/Pay Order must be in favour of Jessore University of Science & Technology, Jessore-7408
