দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Development,Modification, Maintenance, Support Service and Implementation of Software as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five(5) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in development, installation and commissioning of Software and maintenance services of Utility Billing Software handling minimum 8,00,000 nos. of customers in a single database using Developers 2000/6i and/or PL/SQL and/or Pro-C/CPP and/or Java at front end and Oracle at back end under AIX/UNIX/Linux operating system of at least one(1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last three(3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000.00(Fifteen lac). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(c) The qualified tenderer shall present and pass the demonstration on Pro*C program compilation using AIX OS and Oracle 19c / 11g as Database at Evaluation Stage/Post Qualification Stage. The Pro*C program may be new or any existing program of DPDC's Billing Software.
(d) The tenderer shall have at least one(1) experience of successfully completion  for the development and integration of API with different Govt./Semi Govt. organizations.
