* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1) E –Tender Submission Letter
2) Complete Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods and related services
3) Valid Trade License for 2024-2025
4) Tender Security as stated in ITT clause 29.2
5) Compete Technical specification and Compliance of Goods and Related Services
6) Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID to submit the eTender and shall uploaded and mapped in the tender along with e-Tender Submission Letter
7) BIN (Business Identification Number)
8) Up to date VAT Return submission documents.
9) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2024-2025
10) Bank Solvency Certificate & Credit Commitment Certificate
11) 1 (One) Year Warranty Certificate must be uploaded in e –GP system.
12) Supplier must have Up to date IRC .
13) Manufacture Authorization Letter as per specified in e-PG3-4
14) Original Catalog as per specified in the in e-PG3-4
15) ISO /CE Certificate as per specified in the in e-PG3-4
16) All Original/Copy Trade License (Continuous minimum 5 years Renewal) must be uploaded in e GP system
17) Email and website must be mentioned in Catalog/Authorization Letter for verification (If required)
18) Any other documents as specified in the TDS
19) Bidder must have ISO certificate in Bangladesh
