a. A satisfactory completion of Civil works in Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organization of at least Tk 25.00 lakh under single contract over a period of last five (05) years shall be required.
b. The required average annual construction turnover in Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organization shall be greater than Tk 50.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 lakh.
d. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
