প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of Building Construction works of minimum BDT 130.00 (One Hundred Thirty) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of BDT 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 70.00 (Seventy) Lac .
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 165.00 (One Hundred Sixty Five) Lac .
6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
