* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Supplier must have ABC license .
2) The Supplier shall have at least 3 (three) years work(0.4 Kv and above power system/ AC-DC supply system/ Instalation of control and relay panels/ Electrical equipment installation and maitenance) and  supplying experience of electrical equipment and acessories value of minimum TK 5(Five) lac under maximum 1(one) contract in Power Grid/Govt. Owned organization/Company. 
3) The average annual turnover shall be greater than TK 10(Ten) lac in the best 2 (two) year over the last 5 (Five) years.
4) The supply Shall have to be completed by 30 (Thirty) days.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk.6 (Six) lac.
6) The quality of supplied will be tested/verified before delivery. Only quality item will be accepted.   
All payment should be in favour of POWER GRID  BANGLADESH PLC.
