* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate fromthe Directorate of Environment (DoE), Five years over all production and 3 (Three) yearsspecific experience in supplying 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describesin TDS)
b) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt ofthe depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document
d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents. Considering the production capacity, TEC will determine the number of lots which would be awarded to the bidder if more than one lots become responsive and evaluated lowest.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, otherconditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
