* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer: As per Tender Document.
1) Tenderer should fulfill all criteria which are stated in TDS/Specification.
2) Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 50,00,000.00 BDT (Fifty Lakh) Taka.
3) Tenderer must have Valid/Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.
4) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Computer or Laptop/ Office Equipment’s of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with at least minimum TK. 50,00,000.00 BDT (Fifty Lakh) Taka. Preference will be given for supply of specific nature of goods as per tender schedule/documents. Specific nature experience will be treated as similar nature experience.
5) Tenderer must have Minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Computer or Laptop/ Office Equipment’s and related Goods.
6) Tenderer should submit prescribed compliance sheet of offers goods.
7) All Equipments Specification must be approved by JUST PIU Head/Deputy PIU Head before supply.
8) Rest of the criteria mentioned in Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.
9) Tenderer must submit ISO certificate.
